The official song of the Pakistan Super League will be released next week, while the promotional campaign for the sixth edition of the PSL depends on the government’s decision on whether or not to allow spectators.
According to Pakistan Cricket Board sources, the official song of the sixth edition of PSL T20 will be released next week. It is likely that the official signing ceremony will not be held as per the code protocols. Last year, the PCB held an event for the release of the song ‘Tiar Hai’, but this time the PCB has prepared a plan to release the official song of the PSL from various sources. Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig, and Stingers Boys have evoked the magic of sound for PSL songs.
PCB officials are expected to get a crowd permit for the PSL matches on February 1, after which the sixth edition of the PSL advertising campaign and ticket sales will begin. The campaign plan depends on whether or not the crowd approves. The Pakistan Super League will start in Karachi on February 20 and the opening ceremony will be held with code protocols. A total of 20 matches will be played in Karachi till March 7, while 14 matches including the final will be played in Lahore from March 10.
